Contract of Marriage

I’m going to make my future husband to sign this Contract of Marriage created by me in future…As a reminder in life, as a guide in future, as a warning to myself…

Contract of Marriage
Your marriage with blah blah blah is a Contract of Marriage. A Contract of Marriage is an agreement whereby one person agrees to marry as a husband/wife and that the other agrees to accept his girlfriend/boyfriend as a husband/wife.

As a husband/wife, you are free to terminate your marriage with your wife/husband anytime within contracted terms. Likewise, you have the right to demote your status at the discretion of Marriage within applicable provisions in the Marriage’s Registration Manual and within the Status of the Republic of Singapore’s Marriage Act (Chapter **).

Neither party can enter another Contract of Marriage within this period as this is against the law.

Grievance Policy
Both parties shall always endeavour to preserve continuous harmony and led a blissful life. Complaints, inquiries and all matters pertaining to the relations of the couples shall be dealt with as quickly as possible. In pursuance of mutual desires, each party’s grievance shall be dealt with in accordance with the following procedures:
Step 1:
Always listen first before you start commenting. Listening is important in marriage life as lack of communication always led to misunderstanding.
Step 2:
Show share and concern. A hug, a kiss on the cheek mean a lot for married couples. It’s a little spark to keep the marriage going. Apologize is you feel that you’re in the wrong position. Admitting mistake is what adults shall do. No one is perfect. Have the heart of forgiving in marriage life if you truly treasure each other.
Step 3:
If the grievance is still not resolved after step 2, the couples might need to cool down for a certain period. Try not to further provoke each other and find out your flaws and shortcomings. After solving out and cooling down, have a discussion or agreement how to deal with such problems in future to prevent this from happening.

Termination of Marriage
When termination of marriage is agree by both parties, engaging a lawyer is needed to terminate Contract of Marriage.
But consider the following why you agreed to sign this Contract of Marriage in the first place before you take any actions against Termination of Marriage:

- You guys love each other deeply.
- Wanted to spend the rest of your life together as a loving couple.
- You guys look forward starting a family of your own and a precious gem form
by the love of bond who make u experience the feeling of parenthood.
- Wanted to grow old together, hold hands in hands and
watch the sunset falls.

After considering, if you still decided to terminate the Contract of Marriage, please ensure you will not regret in future. And please remember marriage is not a form of game.
